- Lead market research & consumer insights, leading to deep consumer understanding & consequent product development
- Create an innovation pipeline & brand-wise product road map for each team to deliver on the brand promise & reinforce the brand positioning
- New product development with R&D & manufacturing to make offering NextGen; build portfolio & increase SKUs at the targeted price points & margins
- Develop a brand platform for the category, each brand & portfolio development, positioning, marcom, packaging, pricing, agency management, media etc directly impacting sales
- Develop purposeful Brand Keys to win preference & build brand equity
- Create large 3600 and ATL communication platforms for each brand in the category
- Develop brand guidelines, templates & create training content for the sales force
- Deploy brand-wise media plans, budgets & forecast, track brand equity - understand strengths & weaknesses and take corrective action
- Deep business acumen to gain market share by strengthening equity & product offering
- Closely monitor Portfolio margin, ROI Monitor, Sub-category-wise market share, Brand Equity Metrics, Market Intelligence
- Leader With Personality, Good Interpersonal Skills With Right Attitude, Initiative To Drive Business
- MBA, 14-16 years experience, 35-40 years of age, lady or gentleman, Rs. 40-45 lakhs per annum
