We have a requirement with a leading & reputed Airline company of India.  Position : DGM - Marketing Communications  Reports to : VP - Marketing  Location : Gurgaon  Role :  To manage Company's brand communication including planning and managing all messages, communication and collaterals across all mass media channels, to develop and enhance the brand identity, and support sales.  - Plan and implement brand building initiatives  - Plan ideal communication mix across various marketing channels  - Liaising with Creative Agencies for planning and executing brand campaigns  - Develop, protect and enhance company's brand guidelines   - Act as the brand custodian and formulate annual plans - marketing calendar, budget planning, allocation and tracking of media buying and spend  - Stretch advertising Rupee by reducing production costs and optimal selection of media channels  - Plan & manage product launches across the network   KRA's :-  - Maximize advertising ROI  - Vistara brand awareness and salience   Competencies Required for this role :-  Understanding of conventional and new channels of marketing   Communication - verbal, written and presentation skills   Networking -Facilitation & cross functional group moderation  Strong IT skills covering MS Office systems, sales systems and website management   Strong leadership and management skills.   Strategic and analytical thinker  Mediation & Negotiation   Team work and strong people development   Candidate Profile :-  Experience of 12-15 years (Preferably airlines or FMCG, Consumer goods etc)  Previous experience in marketing communications and ideally within the travel sector  Post Graduate degree in Management (Regular MBA)  Compensation :- 30 - 35 L inclusive of 5% variable Pay
