Position: DGM Marketing (Level VIII)
Reporting to: Business Head
Key Responsibilities:
1) Product Management
a. Explore new product opportunities and execute introduction may be through external sourcing as per strategic plan
b. Product market share growth & business plan for existing & new products
c. New Product development of existing product lines - identification & development
d. Monitoring of competition prices
e. Price correction with OES
f. Competitor benchmarking g. Promotional Schemes for mechanics, retailers & dealers
2) QCDD, Product Quality/cost/packaging & development
a. Interact with company/plants for deliveries
b. Track warranty from field
c. Product Training
d. Product training programs conducted by marketing teams thru webex.
e. Continuous product briefing on feature/benefits
