Position Overview :

- As the Manager / Asst. Mgr - Reporting and Consolidation, you will be a pivotal member of our finance team and play a vital role in the reporting and consolidation functions of our conglomerate.

- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chartered Accountant with a deep understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.

- Your primary responsibility will be to lead the reporting and consolidation efforts, set up financial systems and processes, and oversee finance operations for our new and rapidly expanding conglomerate.

Responsibilities :

- Accounting Leadership : Lead the outsourced accounting team in ensuring the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with relevant accounting standards.

- Reporting and Group Consolidation : Manage the reporting and consolidation of financial statements for the conglomerate, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to accounting standards.

- Financial Reporting : Prepare and review financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for various group entities.

- Technical Expertise : Stay updated on changes in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and ensure compliance with the latest standards.

- System Implementation : Establish and maintain robust financial systems and processes, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and scalability.

- Startup Mode : Be ready to work in a startup environment, taking the initiative to set up accounting operations from scratch and adapt to evolving needs.

- Compliance : Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and reporting obligations, collaborating with auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.

- Financial Analysis : Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making.

Qualifications :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 8 - 10 years of relevant experience.

- Proven track record of leadership roles in finance and accounting within the manufacturing industry.

- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Enthusiastic and adaptable individual with a flexible approach.

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
