DGM - Legal/Financial Documentation - Real Estate - LLB

Responsibilities:

- Corporate & property due diligence.

- Drafting of commercial agreement like shareholders agreement, lease agreement, joint development agreement, service & licensing agreement etc.

- Reviewing & drafting of loan documents.

- Drafting legal opinion on various commercial matters.

- Assisting in legal due diligence for merger & acquisition (loans & advances, real estate) & reviewing related documents.

- Preparing legal opinion on various legal issues with regard to company & certain aspects of FEMA regulation, joint venture & its structure evaluation of board of directors & powers of the directors under the companies Act 2013.

Required:

- Preferred candidates with prior experience working in a law firm or as corporate lawyer.

- LLB with minimum 10 years of experience

- Should have worked on equity and debt transactions focussed on real estate sector

- Good drafting skills and ability to put things in perspective in a holistic manner
