Indicative role is

- Drive the Identifying, Coaching and Mentoring process for the Talent in the Org

- Creating assessment & development centre.

- Be part of professional forums to understand current trends in talent management & technology front incorporating the same

- Functional, Behavioural & Skill Trainings

- Organizational Development Initiatives

- Talent Management, Leadership Development & Succession Management Initiatives

- Instructional Design and Content Development

- Psychometrics and their developmental applications

- Coaching and Mentoring initiative

- E-learning & Learning Technology Initiatives

- LMS & LCMS

Commercial Acumen

Visionary and ability to create and align Learning & OD strategy to business strategy

Ability to step-up and lead large teams

Executional Excellence
