DGM - IT - SAP PP/QM/PM/BI - FMCG/Manufacturing

One of the leading FMCG company is looking for a DGM - IT

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead and support Manufacturing and Planning process areas across SAP (PP, QM and PM) and other ERPs like MS Dynamics AX2012, across business units in 12+ countries.

- Interact with and manage key stakeholders in manufacturing units globally to ensure seamless business execution and drive enhanced value from ERP and other IT solutions through process standardization and integration.

- Evaluate and drive adoption of new technologies (like IoT, MES, Bar code scanning, analytics, Warehouse Management Systems, etc.) in Manufacturing and Planning processes.

- Implement, sustain and improve best practices in Global Supply Chain across Production and Quality Management functions.

- Manage Application Management Support (through a team from our IT Partner) for Manufacturing and Planning areas of SAP and MS Dynamics AX2012 ERPs, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs.

- Manage IT implementation projects in Manufacturing and Planning process areas.

- Drive implementation and adoption of business analytics and KPIs using solutions like SAP BIW and Qlikview.

- Manage a dedicated team of 3-5 members for Manufacturing IT support in factories.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Strong knowledge on SAP PP, QM, PM, SAP BI and integration with other modules. Knowledge of other ERPs like MS Dynamics AX preferred.

- Ability to explore and work on new technologies (like IoT, MES, Analytics, Warehouse Management Systems, etc.)

- Good stakeholder and people management skills.

- Strong knowledge of Change Management processes.

- Strong functional knowledge of manufacturing and quality management processes in discrete and process manufacturing.

- Demonstrate initiative and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high quality standards.

- Excellent verbal and written communication with an attention to detail and ability to impart ideas in both technically and user-friendly language.

EXPERIENCE :

- 6-8 years- experience of IT implementation in large Manufacturing environments

- Should have worked in operations and planning role

- 4 years of SAP IT experience (2 or more end to end SAP implementations + 1 or more SAP support project)

- Experience in Manufacturing industry is essential.
