Purpose of this Role:

1. Own and Drive IT Infrastructure Implementation of new projects

2. Evaluate and Deploy world class IT Infrastructure for supporting Digital Factory Requirements including Networks, Data Centers, Server and End User Computing, Audio-Video

3. Support IT Automation teams to deploy High Performance Systems and Shop Floor Automation tools and technologies

4. Drive ITIL rollout to achieve predicatable delivery within well defined SLAs

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with Vendors/Consultants to Build understanding of IT Infrastructure required for New project

2. Work with multiple Vendors to Design IT Infrastructure Architecture including Data Center, Network LAN and WAN, OT Network, Audio Video etc

3. Provide Inputs and design specifications to Civil, Electrical Teams on IT Infrastructure Requirements

4. Manage Multiple IT Infra Projects to implement the IT Infrastructure with quality to budget and schedule

5. Work with Business and IT Automation teams to build IT Infrastructure specifications for MES, PLM and Other Shop floor Automation Systems

6. Work with IT Security team to deploy IT and IT Security tools to safeguard the infrastructure and applications

7. Deploy advanced tools and processes to automate infrastructure monitoring and management

8. Manage IT Infra Budgets to Utilize Capex effectively and minimize Opex Spend

9. Define IT Standards and Best Practice Security Processes for IT Projects and Support and ensure Compliance

10. Explore Cloud and other technologies to drive 24-7 mobility

11. Develop relationship with Vendors to drive timely delivery on Projects and support assignments

12. Work with other Group IT Shared Service teams to deploy existing IT Systems and Processes

13. Drive Compliance to ISMS Policies and Procedures, ISO 27001 and other applicable standards

14. Develop Industry Connects and Subscribe to required IT forums to develop industry best practices and procedures

15. Build strong BCP/DR, Near DR and Far DR Capabilities and drive redundancy to achieve > 99.9% uptime
