We have a DGM - Internal Audit role open with with a Financial BPO in Bangalore. Looking for a CA with 8-14 years of experience with team handling experiece.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
 
- Contribute to the development and execution of audit plan and other allocated assignments basis management requests in accordance with IA guideline and methodology

- People management

- Identify themes to be covered in all audits and develop work program and audit check list

- Perform audit specific risk assessments

- Execute various audits across FSL universe as a lead as well as team member

- Report the audit findings and presentation thereof to senior management

- Follow up on the closure of findings

- Participate in the Internal Audit initiatives and sharing of practices across the company

- Contribute to the development of internal process improvement exercise
 
Desired Skills:
 
- Solid Business understanding

- Excellent presentation skills and hands on with MS office suite

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Good project management skills including multitasking

- Ability to interact with all levels of management including external clients

- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships horizontal or vertical

- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking mindset and risk understanding

- Ability to persuade, convince and provide workable recommendations /solutions

- Demonstrate ability to quickly grasp and apply the skills in performance of  complex activities /assignments

- Comfortable with flexible work timings and willingness to stretch when required

- Should have good understanding of Information technology including IT and information security
 
Desired Qualification:
 
- CA/MBA with at least 8-12 years of post qualification experience

- CISA/ISO lead implementer/auditor
