We Have a urgent Opening of DGM IT in Gurgaon

Education: (degree / diploma) - Bachelors degree or a Post Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in Information Technology with at least five years in IT leadership positions and exposure to onshore stakeholders

- Experience of managing large (~100 people)

- Responsible for running projects, supporting enterprise applications

- Experience on variety of technologies in an enterprise environment

Knowledge and Skills (General and Technical):

- Ability to communicate effectively & collaborate with stakeholders

- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and effective working relationships, particularly with non-IT associates in multi-unit companies

- Proven experience managing large teams directly, (successful vendor relationships), internal customer relationships

- Change leadership and organizational transformation experience

- Leadership experience in the professional services industry and in matrixed structured organizations preferred
