Reporting Manager - HR Head

Location - Mumbai

KRA's:

- Talent Acquisition - Managing end to end recruitment process for all the requirements across all levels; Managing Induction, onboarding and joining formalities; Liasoning with few consultants to close critical positions; Finalizing the manpower budget in the beginning of the financial year; Revisit and update the JD for each position as and when required ; closure of the position within the stipulated timelines

- HR Operations - Manage End to end Employee Life cycle; Overseeing the third party HR vendor relationships/Performances ( Manpower, Payroll & Compliance); Facilitating Audits

- Performance Management System- Facilitates the goal setting process in consultation with line managers; Initiate the annual appraisal process through respective platforms; Organize appraisal workshops to educate employees about its processes and benefits attached to it; Compilation of appraisal ratings etc and resolve all appraisal related queries to employees

- Compensation & Rewards - Implement market benchmarking for compensation; Evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation programs, implementation of variable pay programs; Execute the compensation review cycles for the Business Unit as per Group guidelines and calendar; Implement and administer various Compensation programs including short term and long-term incentive plans; Support in policy reviews and Address queries / grievances related to compensation, incentives and policy interpretations among employees in the Business and Units; Manage Payroll & accompanying compliance activities Employee Insurance & benefit - design & administration

- Employee Relations - Accountable for harmonious Employee Relations

Skills/Experience:

- Post-graduated in Human Resources, Business from a premier B School

- 12 - 15 years of HR experience

- Strong HRIS and business process change project management experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Exp of managing multilocation Teams

- Independent, resilient and organized

- Should have excellent organizing, planning and analytical skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills Should be a good team player

- Should be proficient in MS Office Excel, Power Point, Word

- High personal integrity
