DGM - Human Resources - Plant - Auto Sector

Role & responsibilities:

- Responsible for HR Business of Multiple plants in the region

- Develop/implement HR strategies/initiatives aligned to the overall business strategy

- Responsible for Corporate policies implementation in all plants.

- Responsible for Budgeting & planning across all plants and different verticals.

- PMS, Employee Engagements

- Retention & succession policy.

- Responsible for Recruiting, and managing the team in respect to the all verticals.

- Responsible for all Compliances within and out of companies.

- Responsible for Industrial Relations, Unions handling.

Candidate:

- MBA HR with 18 - 22 yrs of experience in handling HR department preferably multiple plants in Auto sector.

- Good administrative skill, Communication skill, Presentation skill.

- Expert in HR Policies, Implementation

- Advantage to early joiners.

There are two positions, One in Pune and another is in Chennai (Preferably form other states)
