Looking for a HR generalist having experience in managing large workforce. Incumbent needs to have knowledge of HR & IR and should have handled unionised environment.
Strategic Hiring and Business Partnering:
- Responsible for closing the positions within the TAT.
- Sharing recruitment dashboard other MIS reports with the senior management on regular basis.
- Actively build Talent Pool/Network for assigned business functions to enhance the efficiency of applicant generation; perform and execute passive candidate searches.
Training and Development:
- Identifying training and development needs within organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with stakeholders.
- Preparation and Execution of the training calendar.
- Succession Planning and Talent mobility.
Performance Management:
- Ensuring timely and proper Performance Management process deployment.
Employee Engagement:
- Initiating and implementing Employee Engagement Activities. Facilitating Individual Development Plan (IDP) and helping management in manpower planning (MPP).
HR/IR Operations:
- Ensuring timely completion of all activities involved in Employee Life Cycle i.e. employee on-boarding, Induction, Mentoring, Identifying Training Needs, Exit Interviews, Goal setting exercises, etc.
- Maintaining harmonious relations with the unions.
