Role Overview :
Looking for a person who has hands on experience on entire gamut of HR functions which includes recruitment, IR, generalist, Employee Welfare etc. Ability to work in teams. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to perform and deliver under strict time lines. Adaptive to complex environment. He/ She should be an excellent people management person with good negotiation skills, Team building and talent development skills.
Key Requirement :
- Post Graduate in HR/MBA - HR/MSL/MLM
- Person should have IR knowledge and preferably from a manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implementation and review of policies from time to time.
- Maintain accurate C & B information of Employees.
- Implement T&D initiatives.
- Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace disputes.
- Attract, retain and develop talent to support growth and business success
- Implement PMS initiatives across the organization.
- Design and implement associate engagement initiatives.
- Ensure the Employees are covered in group insurance / ESIC scheme.
- Compliance to statues relating to employees/workmen including, PF, CLRAA, MATHADI, ID.
- Industrial Relations should have handled Unions/Collective bargaining and responsible for maintaining a cordial Industrial environment.
- Work with HODs to develop Headcount plans.
- Ensure efficient and effective talent management program in place
- Effective follow up with the claim settlement of Employees.
- Internal communication of key events and information in appropriate manner.
- Act as counselor for Employees and address their issues.
