Qualification - MBA

Relevant Exp - 12 - 15 years

Job Description :

- In Nutshell this profile has 80% core HR and 20% IR role to handle.

- Handling team of recruitment, HR Business Partners and Operations Team.

- Driving manpower budgeting process, Recruitment & Transfer plans, and Training & Redeployment.

- Conducting survey and benchmarking with best in class practices thereafter formulating new.

- Closely working with L&D head for proving training and learning needs of field force.

- Driving productivity/performance agenda for India Sales & Marketing team.

- Handling legal matters in Labor/ Civil Courts, High Courts etc.

- Handling unions, conducting grievance committee meetings, wage settlements etc.
