Roles & Responsibilities :
- Envisioning, building and executing a multi-year strategy and plan for HR analytics & Transformation
- Providing vision, direction and day-to-day management for Data Science and Predictive Analytics team
- Collaborate with HR functions to deliver business insights & deploy process changes
- Consolidation of reports and standardization of definitions & reports
- Enabling improvements and automation of reports
- Transitioning from operational reports to advanced analytics
- Grow and lead a talented team of analysts
- Lead development and implementation of scalable data driven solutions
- Work with team on defining and prioritizing Data Science and Predictive Analytics projects
- Work with platforms teams on productizing predictive analytic and modeling capabilities
- Data preparation (sourcing, acquisition, integration)
- Setting up HR Data warehousing and HR BI governance
