Industry: Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Port/ Storage Tank/Tank farm

Education Qualification : Should be B.E. / B. Tech. in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering / B. Sc. Chemistry with Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety from a reputed institute.

Experience :

Candidate should have minimum 18-22 years of experience for BE / B. Tech. out of which at least 05-07 years as an overall In charge of HSE & F dept. in Chemical / Petrochemical / Port / Storage terminal. He should be a good team leader possessing strong analytical, team building and man management skills.

Job Description :

- Supervise and participates in the development of policies / practices / SOP and standard instructions covering Safety, Fire Fighting, Hazard intervention and loss prevention

- Organizes and Implements the annual HSEF Site Inspection program

- Conduct safety meetings and reviews the inspection reports, provides safety assistance and follows up on implementation of any recommended actions

- Makes periodic visits of plant areas with members of the committees to check on unsafe working acts and conditions, participates in committee discussions, provides information and advice on remedies and improvement areas

- Assesses job safety analysis which is required for any critical task in the company and suggests the adequate control measures to execute the job safely.

- Assists HSEF Support Section in HSEF Training programs, Safety Procedures & Accident / Incident investigations

- Mock drill exercise / Onsite & Offsite emergency mock drill

- To ensure Legal compliance under various HSEF acts.

- Coordinate Fire Fighting activities with Mutual Aid Members and DPMC

- To ensure reliability of Firefighting equipment.

- To comply with Preventive maintenance schedule of firefighting equipment.

- Monitoring of preventive maintenance and condition monitoring of major equipment's
