The organization has marks its presence across all the major continents with an employee strength of 7000 & above and Corporate office based at Mumbai.  Job Role : C&B head would be accountable to do Salary benchmarking and Market mapping while interacting with the International Stakeholders, Regional Head HR's across the globe, Consultants and responsible for Pay Evaluation, Benefit Programs and Strategy designing, Market Intelligence for the entire group.  Key Responsibilities:   - Market Mapping and Salary Benchmarking  - Develop & drive C&B strategy  - Compensation related policies/ guidelines/ SOPs  - Benefits Design & Administration  - Responsible for design & implementation of a benefits proposition that is aligned to employee needs.  - Responsible for market benchmarking of key benefit & people policies  - Competitive analysis, Benefit Programs and Strategy Management  - Market Intelligence for C&B Merit  - Rewards and Recognition  - International Stakeholder Management and coordinating with Consultants.  Desired Skills and Expertise :  - Must be an "MBA 2 years full time from Top B schools with 10 - 15 years of experience in HR functions".  - Should have expertise in managing a broad spectrum of various C&B activities like Compensation, Vendor Management and Salary Benchmarking- .  - Exposure of handling international stakeholder would be preferred.
