Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Performance Management.
- Reward & Recognition.
- Specific HR interventions for Business.
- Promotion & C&B processes for the business.
- Training Need Identification for the business.
- Succession Plan for Key Resources
- Responsible for Actions arising out of the Employee Satisfaction Survey for the business.
- Employee Touch Time & Conducting Stay interviews
- Exit Interviews & Analysis
The Job would require travel as per company policy.
Job Requirements
- Individual with 12+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Exposure handling business Partnering roles in Government, Power, Utility and Skill development of business lines.
