We are hiring DGM - Hire and Services for the Indirect Procurement division of our esteemed client into Auto and Farm industry.
Job Role:
- Develop, manage and implement cost reduction project for Contractual Manpower to improve processes, optimize cost and deliver superior service level (operational efficiency, measure productivity and commercial negotiation)
- Set-up & run the program office to deliver on the plan. Publish dashboards and provide regular reports to the steering committee on individual workstreams, cost savings, and other KPIs
- Define future-ready operating models & processes to ensure continued benefits in Contractual Manpower category
- Delivered cost savings to set the company up on a profitable growth trajectory
- Built key capabilities across the organization to sustain and extend the learnings from the program
- To study competition, market trends, industry trends, regulatory aspects and macroeconomic parameters specific to Contractual Manpower and provide periodic inputs to businesses/sectors
- To help businesses/sector in operationalization and implementation of cost reduction strategies
- To work on key projects related to blue/white collar contractual manpower as per business / corporate management requirement and ensure desired deliverables.
- To be the catalyst for new technology trends in contractual manpower category
- Knowledge Sharing - Learning Sessions to create Knowledge databank within Indirect Procurement
- Team Work & Sharing Activities to support Indirect Procurement Colleagues.
Education
MBA from Premier institute
Experience
Approx. 8-10 years of work experience with large Management consulting firms. Preferably with experience in areas of Logistics operational excellence, driving improvement projects
Must Have:
- Deep understanding and Domain knowledge of Contractual Manpower category i.e. white collar & Blue-collar manpower
- Organization wide program management skill
- Understanding of strategic aspects of business.
- Understanding of key Contractual Manpower trends
- Problem solving capabilities
- Analytical skills and logical reasoning abilities
