Position: Head Retail Store Operations

Location: Hyderabad

Work Ex: 5-12 Yrs

To lead the B2C business delivering profitable growth in Sale and leadership in CSAT through the ‘Own retail’ channel, covering all product, people quality/ satisfaction, process adherence & improvement, effective partner management. The purpose of the role is expand, manage operations effectively, ensure profitability and adherence to all guidelines as specified.

- Ensure profitability from each store operations

- Define, communicate and build conviction around a set of stretch targets for retail operations (ARC/AEO/ Destination store) & deployment teams for revenue enhancement & superior customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for implementing national strategy to acquire across consumer segments – Data/ VAS/ retail across all product streams encompassing - Product , Pricing & Communication

- Drive relevant retail practices for superior sales & service goals especially showcasing Data & VAS experience

- Collaborate within relevant functions to focus on revenue enhancement activities at own retail stores.

- Implement adoption of the branded retail channel strategic framework in the respected area.

- Strategic partner coordination & effective management I respective area.

- Expansion of own retail channel.

- Sharing of best practices and competition information in the given area.

- Lead the store rollout planning process along with projects / deployment team to ensure creation and sustenance of a high quality.

- Ensure Customer Satisfaction with Own Retail as per defined targets

- Facilitate building a culture of customer orientation and sensitivity through training, communication & R&R programs

- Set up improved systems & adherence to SOPs for company owned & franchisee retail outlets

- Ensure smooth franchisee operations

- Responsibility of Customer facing processes along with CSD leadership to ensure clearing of bottlenecks, thorough RCAs in problem areas

- Deep diving on analysis of customer complaints/feedback etc across customer segments spanning all product portfolio and improve

- Ensure a all LOBs product portfolio & service experience at exclusive stores

- Partner management & high engagement and to establish complete alignment, commitment and support to business priorities

- Engage proactively with all strategic partners for smooth and efficient functioning of stores as defined.
