DGM/Head - Project Finance - Automobile

Role & responsibilities:

- Business Cases for New Products: Discussion, Compilation, IRR Computations, Approvals

- Monitoring of Ongoing projects with respect to progress, pitfalls / delays, cash flow projection and product cost

- Evaluation of Revenue & Capex proposal

- Revenue & Capex Budget Overseeing the process, analysis, monthly MIS, Quarterly projections.

- Submission of Projects Revenue & Capex MIS with analysis for variances

- Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly closing of books of Accounts

- Facilitating Quarterly and Year end Audit

- Variance Analysis of fixed expenses for Stat Audit & major Expenses Schedule of Statutory Audit

- Supporting R&D audit under Sec 35(2ab) of Income Tax Act, 1961 for claiming Inhouse R&D expenses benefit

- Ensuring process compliance as per ICFR and Internal audit requirements

- Zero based budgeting for PD business unit

- Monitoring and supporting costing for new products under development along with Product Cost team

- Preparation and analysis of various MIS for the Business

Preferred candidate profile:

- Knowledge of Indian GAAP and SAP R/3 knowledge

- Expertise in working in fully computerized IT Environment

- Ability to manage team of officers with mix of qualified & non-qualified officers.

- Experience in working in Cross Functional Teams along with Technical & Non-Finance team member.
