Job Responsibilities:-
- Identify Key customers, negotiate and build strong tea and tea bags business model in all institutions including offices, airlines, railways, hotels caterers etc.
- To enhance distribution infrastructure. Appointment of distributors for Institutional sales.
- Achieve sales & distribution targets with proper planning.
- Guide, motivate & support team to achieve desired results.
- Track & analyse competitive pricing, promotions, sales & terms of business & suggest timely action to nutralize the impact.
- Sales forecast on weekly & monthly basis.
- Suggest new & innovative ways to acquire new customers.
- Ensure best customer service & focus
- Plan & launch products in new markets with proper research.
- Setting up of vending operations in Delhi, Mumbai & other major markets.
- Understand with full knowledge of vending machine business including premix & after sales service.
- Work as per company guidelines & suggest best industry practices.
Salary Range: 17 - 18 LPA
