- Oversee Monthly product cost & contribution workings, Taxation, MIS & Performance presentation, Books close, Statutory Audits, general ledger accounting, cost accounting, and accounts payable/receivable, Cost Audit, SOX & IFRS compliances and Material Audit.

- Day to day supervision of Financial Analyst performing a highly analytical jobs.

- Leading cross functional teams (CFT) for integrated cost reduction (ICR), contribution improvement, improvement in NPI process.

- Convey key business issues behind numbers; provide concise inputs / recommendations.

- Critically examine MIS reports, explain and reconcile variances, introduce improvements and weed out systemic inconsistencies if any.

- Drive Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting with continuous focus on improvement and stretch targets.

- Partnering / consulting role to business for improving performance metrics.

- Explore & evaluate breakthrough business ideas and evolve radically new approaches to optimize cost - encourage lateral / out-of-box thinking within team.

- Lead, develop and groom a team of professionals for independent roles.

- Manage people resource in terms of recruitment, training, rotation, engagement and satisfaction.
