Job Description:

1. Track Opex and CAPEX against the AOP to ensure that cost over runs are highlighted and actioned on a monthly basis.

2. Process correction and compliance

- Circle NW finance Review and Engagement with circle and hub CTO’s

- End to end to support at hub/circle and engagement with CTOs for any network operational issues impacting financials.

- CAPEX & OPEX Efficiency and drive optimization in Controlling of Capex and Opex cost per unit at circle 1. Track Opex and CAPEX against the AOP to ensure that cost over runs are highlighted and actioned on a monthly basis.

- Follow up and closure with circles technical teams on all internal/ statutory issues highlighted by the auditors impacting the financial books and financial exposure

- Issuance of monthly review docket on key operational issues at circle level and closure of the issues within TAT.

- Driving process compliance at circles e.g. SRN/CAM/Dismantling/Scrap/PV/GIT/CWIP etc.

- Ensuring circle opex/capex with in Annual Operating Plan (‘AOP’) for all the factories for the year, and Ensuring Monthly Flash and Forecast for all circles integrated with NW plan and ensure planning efficiency

- Create Network Circle Operations financial Report for CTO;s and Hub CTO’s

- Participate in the Hub and circle NW review with the Hub and the circle CTO’s

- Address PR closure escalations from CTO in case of non closure at PFO level

- Driving benchmarking on cpex/opex and related actionable between circles

- Driving process compliance on Fixed Asset Management and end to end process on fixed asset
