A Leading Conglomerate Brand is looking for DGM / GM Treasury

Location - Mumbai

Experience - 12 to 15 Years

Qualification - B.com / M.com with CA and/or CFO and/or MBA (from reputed institute)

Job Description -

DGM / GM Treasury

- Setting up systems and processes so that Trade Finance is availed not by exception but for every possible opportunity

- Ensuring there is a Inhouse Manual for FEMA Compliance

- Treasury MIS : Giving Status of FX Trades, Trade Finance, New Initiatives on Monthly Basis

- To Manage the Working Capital and Treasury related activities for company and Group - This would involve liasoning with Banks for setting up Working Capital Limits, Execution of Trade

- Finance - building robust system to enable execution wherever possible, Hedging Exposure in Currency and Commodity, Short term Borrowings from Banks, ICD's etc AND Compliance with FEMA

- TREASURY RELATED ACTIVITIES - Namely : Currency Hedging, Trade Finance, Compliance with FEMA, Working Capital Financing, Supply Chain Finance, New

Initiatives : Cash Pooling, KCC, Bank Relationship.
