Job Profile/Experience :
- Strategize, develop, manage and deliver entire Learning & Development initiatives and processes of Infogain.
- Preparation of Annual Training plan and associated Training Budget at all India Level.
- Manage complete gamut of the training function-Technical and Behavioural
- Identify Training Needs; create the Annual and Quarterly Training Plans by Interfacing with Business for needs assessments through organizational processes, tools etc.
- Plan, publish and implement the monthly Training Calendar.
- E-learning Platform: Deployment and acceptance of Skills port platform for offering E-learning service and internal branding of same to help them gain requisite leverage.
- Run the Competency Management System for Noida & other Delivery Centres
- Identifying best possible channel for operational sing training from options like Classroom training, e learning, coaching, on-the-job learning etc to address the development needs of resources
- Manage the Career Development Program, including analysis and implementation of the program.
- Need based identification, selection and interface with suitable experts/ institutes/ external training providers, including vendor management.
- Responsible for vendor evaluation, Vendor management and comparative analysis, implementation of training programs.
- Formulation of Content development, instructional designs and designed CBT for the new comers on the frequently used software packages.
- Design, schedule and coordinate the Induction program for new recruits.
- Manage MIS requirements on Training data base.
- Track and monitor data against the key L&D performance measures and targets.
- Support the Human Resource functions in all other areas of HR including Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation, Workforce Engagement and Retention, Reward & Recognition, Data Management and MIS, etc, as required
- Should have exposure to manage the training program for freshers
- Good understanding of commercial aspects of IT outsourcing business, manage P&L of training department etc.
- Ability to engage clients at CXO level to highlight Training needs and value propositions in a consultative manner.
- Expertise in implementation, roll-out, training programs and development of customized services for training related needs .
- US work experience will be an advantage
