DGM/GM HR for well known companies in Mumbai with well established business operations within India and are now on expansive spree

MBA -HR Degree - HR with 10 - 15 years exp from Mfg background with exp in Talent management

Role :

- To develop talent management processes & initiatives

- Work with various stakeholders in respective SBU in cascading & customizing the talent management initiatives & requirements at various divisions for better communication and updates .

- Drive the Identifying, Coaching and Mentoring process for the Talent in the SBU

- Creating assessment & development centre.

- To manage the Individual Development Plans for the senior leaders and identified Top Talent

- To create a succession & career development plan roadmap for various positions

- Develop & Facilitate the review of Talent Management process on periodic basis

- Be part of professional forums to understand current trends in talent management & technology front incorporating the same
