Note: Candidates should possess the below prerequisites.


1. Total Experience : 15 - 20 Years ; Publishing Experience : Minimum 5 Years


2. Latest experience/role should cover client interaction, PMO including understanding of hiring/recruitment process, account management, program management, and strong reporting. Prior experience of managing operations and business development will be a bonus.

The Supply Manager is the key interface between the Demand Managers and the Service Lines Leads. He / She will be responsible for coordinating with the Demand Management team to understand the FTEs requirement and source the profiles from internal & external talent pools within the specific timelines. Also, works on getting the approvals for all the open positions from the Delivery Partner and the same to be shared to the Service Line Leads for resource tagging to the projects.

Reporting Manager for this role: Delivery Partner

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for end to end work flow of resourcing with respect to demand in-flow

- Attend regular calls with service line leads & recruitment teams to understand the supply requirement and track the hiring status

- Follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process

- Understand the requirements through service line leads and verify job descriptions in-place or create them as required

- Internally track Open SO's and the status updates

- Collate SO requirements and share for approvals (COO/BU Head)


- Liaise with Hiring team (UK, US and India) on RR requirements in a specific template and get RR details.

- Schedule interviews for candidates with Service Line leads & Client Owners

- Supply team helps in shortlisting the profiles matching the skills required to fulfil the open positions.

- Meet Demand requirements within the agreed time line

- Check with respective internal teams on the availability of profiles matching required skill sets Internally

- Generate daily, weekly and monthly dashboards with the supply status with respect to demand requirement for managerial consumption

- Coordinating with the complete Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates tracking and Follow-up, processing CV's, Updating / maintaining Internal Database

- Coordinate with Client Supply Managers on reviewing the supply status

- Share the supply updates on regular & adhoc basis

- Coordinate with supply requirements (seat management, facility provisions, IDs creation, etc.)

Key skills:

- A proven track record for the large scale delivery of successful and effective services within teams in a multi-site, multi supplier environment

- Sufficient understanding on Demand Vs Supply management and human resourcing

- Resource pool management

- Strong work prioritization skills

- Strong communication skills

- Client relationship building are essential skills required on a daily basis

- Leadership problem solving

- Functional understanding

- Should have strong negotiation skills
