Key Responsibilities:

- Develops sound, well-thought-through strategies that will meet the company's objective to provide an unparalleled delivery experience for our customers

- Sets up detailed processes for every aspect of service delivery and customer experience - including order processing, packaging, delivery, and any other customer needs.

- Engineers and oversees Procurement, logistics and fulfillment operations to improve overall productivity, efficiency and cost structure.

- Identifies new trends, operational solutions and value-add processes that create competitive advantages for the company.

- Develops and executes against a long-term, sustainable infrastructure plan to support the growth and strategic initiatives of the company.

- Implements and maintains best practices, including technology advances, policies and procedures.

- Manages the company's fulfillment operations budget.

- Ability to provide direction, leadership and guidance to the Supply Chain Team

- Strong Strategic, Analytical and Data Orientation

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Prior experience in high-growth start-up environment is preferred

- Identify competitors, evaluate their strategies and positioning, and devise counter strategies.

- Manage key stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Candidate:

- Looking for an experienced candidate from the Food and Beverage Industry. They should have an active network in the F&B space for procurement of various essentials.

- MBA from Premium Institutes preferred

- Strong retail operations experience in high paced, high demand environments.

- Strong skills in process engineering and ability to get into atomic level of detail for all critical processes in the delivery chain.

- Ability to work in a high pressure, time sensitive organization with an unrelenting focus on overall customer experience and a clear sense of purpose

- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships and work cross-functionally across teams in the organization.

- Exceptional thought leadership, people management and mentoring skills.

- Highly motivated with a proven track record of successful delivery.

- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of finance and accounting principles.

- Must have demonstrated background in building and managing large organizations consisting of both direct and indirect reporting roles. Strong understanding and appreciation of technology and its role in supporting service delivery and operations

- The candidate should demonstrate high levels of integrity, humility, ability to learn from experience, and lead the way in achieving the company's manifold objectives.
