Job Description:-

- Manage operations parameters for the pan India network.

- Development and manage and KPIs for operations.

- Initiate and execute new initiatives to increase the top and bottom-line of company.

- Responsible for Customer satisfaction.

- Maintain highest possible standards of Customer Service

- External parties management

- Knowledge of Service process & Standards and IT processes

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.Tech/B.E from reputed Engineering College

- MBA (Preferred)

- 7-12 years of OEM experience in which candidate must have handled channel network for 5 years

- Must have worked in Field Operations

- Must have worked in Service Planning function

- The candidate needs to be from Automobile Industry

- IT Exposure preferred
