Key Skills and Attributes

- Deep understanding of SCM / commercial processes and key operating challenges

- Ability to translate business requirements into deliverable solutions and be able to prioritize

- Deep domain knowledge of relevant SAP modules

- Specifically, have a sound process orientation and quality background

- Six Sigma / Lean / Process Excellence Orientation

- Must be an effective communicator and must have good influencing ability and interpersonal skills

- Should be a excellent leadership skills and strong at conflict management and resolution

- A Positive, Can-Do attitude

Major Responsibility Areas

- Delivering services as per SLAs signed off for SCM processes on key KPIs of the BU / Functions

- Efficient SCM delivery thru Process Simplification, Documentation and Control, Centralization of key process end to end and Extensive usage of MDM and templates

- Develop, Track and Monitor matrices to measure effectiveness of operations thru key KPIs

- Innovate and implement productivity enhancing tools and processes

- Manage and motivate large teams spread over geographies

- Training, QA, UAT
