- End to end responsibility for Sales for all product segments (Super Luxury, Luxury) Residential Complexes. Sales Strategy & Plan: - Design, develop and implement the Sales strategies in line with the Company's Business Plan - Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Sales team - Develop, implement and monitor programs to maximize revenue, control expense, improve customer satisfaction and effectively manage on-site resources. Sales Operations: - Competition analysis including tracking of new launches by the competitors on a regular basis and workout appropriate strategies to tackle competition. - Finalizing Sales plan and Sales targets for the Business and ensure achievement of Sales targets - Finalizing Sales targets for the Sales team, monitoring sales performance through periodical reviews to ensure achievement of Sales targets. - Monitoring sales leads through queries received on website, customer referrals, channel etc. and ensure conversion of leads into sales. - Interfacing with Channel Partners / financial institutions for organizing road shows and other sales promotional activities. Evaluate new channels of communication, invest in building relationships and maintain productivity. Building Organization capability: - Building a strong, competent team that has right mix of people skills capability accompanied with development and growth opportunities and a congenial work environment conducive to high performance and operational efficiencies. Building Relationships with Customers and Channel Partners: - Nurture, grow and develop long term relationships with Channel Partners and connects with Customers. - Interfacing with channel partners / IPCs on a regular basis, updating them on Sales plans and ensuring their effective engagement - Engaging with the customers through periodical events, sharing updates with them on regular basis, resolving their grievances & generate further leads through them. - Interface with financial institutions in devising effective financing plans. - Coordinating with the Marketing communications team / service providers for outdoor advertising, designing and printing of Brochures.
