DGM/GM - Sales Training - Insurance

Job Description:

- Responsible for entire channel training operations, planning & building training capacities across the regions.

- Create and manage all MIS related to channel training activities.

- Ensure the Induction training program of all the employees in the channel is conducted.

- Coordinate with the channel partners to understand their training requirements.

- Ensuring that the training requirements are met.

- Assisting the reporting person in sales training in planning & forecasting training budget.

Desired Profile:

- Graduate / Post Graduate with 8 - 12 years of experience in sales & training from an Life Insurance Industry.
