Educational & Technical Qualification
Regular - MBA from Tier 1 B-School MBA with engineering degree (B.E / B.Tech) is preferable.

Business Development
- Provide strategic direction for managing and enhancing organization business.
- Develop new business opportunities in new & existing business segments.
- Increase productivity at all level (Turnover, Revenue Vs Cost, Timely collection of payments etc.)
- Continuously analyses team productivity and sales pipeline to surpass targets.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of products and solutions. And actively solve any issue the customer is facing.
- Come up with the solutions to existing business challenges.
Strategy
- Identification of new opportunities and formulate a strategy to converts that opportunities into business.
- Create and execute the business plan with a defined strategy.
Market Visit
- Protect and develop the company's brand by providing best quality product, solutions, service to customer and support in PR and marketing activities.
- Conduct area specific market research and market intelligence to develop new business opportunity including to face the competition of the competitors.
Talent Management
- Develop a solution-centric approach among all the team members.
- Develop, coach and mentor your team, motivate them for better results.
Years of Experience
- 14-20 years of experience in Direct / Industrial
- Sales & Marketing (B2B)
Industry Preference
The Candidate should have experience from Packaging & Printing and allied products or related Industry.
