Candidate Profile : BE/ B/Tech/ Any Graduate with good academic background and Full-time MBA from reputed institute.
Experience : At least
15 years+ experience in Channel management profile from leading Consumer goods / FMCG/ Paint/ Construction Chemicals / Sanitaryware/ Tyre / Auto ancillary industry background.
MUST HAVE HANDLED A BUSINESS VOLUME OF MINIMUM 500 CR (ANNUALLY).Location : Willing to be based at

36- 45 yrs maxMajor KRA :- Defining channel marketing strategy, including development of channel marketing activities in accordance with overall business goals and objectives
- Overseeing team & individual performance and managing daily activities.
- Leading Retail & Distribution Management
- Meeting segment wise primary & secondary targets
- Analysing distributor's stability & ability to grow further with the organization and taking necessary actions.
- Developing strong network of channel partners encompassing Dealers, Distributors
- Managing all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning & channel management .
- Appointing new business partners to expand product reach in the market and working in close interaction with the dealers and distributors to assist them to promote the product.
- Monitoring the performance of dealers & distributors regarding sales and collections.
- Assisting the distribution partners in developing marketing & promotion plan and enhancing revenue
- Leading the expansion of distribution network
- Developing relationships with the distribution networks for exploring and developing new opportunities and driving sales of the products .
- Must have excellent communication skills with strong leadership capability of managing a large Team of Sales force.
