Area of Responsibilities:  - Overall responsibility for application development and support for the region.  - To co-ordinate activities with internal team members to ensure their deliverables are seamlessly integrated and delivered as per schedule.   - Manage Project Budget, Allocation, quality & client solution delivery   - Understanding of client requirements, meeting client expectations.  - To participate in meetings and understand different business processes and functionality in detail.   - Business stakeholder management.  - Aligning to business requirements.  - IT & Project Budget preparations & tracking.   - Application solutioning and bid submissions.  - Validate program design, SRS & planning documents.  - Delivering and implementing the project as per target dates &extending post-implementation and maintenance support to the client.  - Vendor Management including SLA management and engagement with approved vendors.   - Vendor coordination for resolving issues & escalating the same whenever required to ensure smooth operations.  - Manage IT delivery with the vendor support.  Desired Skills and Experience:  SkillSet:  - 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in information technology in large global setups.  - Graduate with PMP, ITIL certifications.  - Knowledge of Microsoft .Net framework, SQL Database, Enterprise content Management or Filenet, Microsoft Dynamics.  Personal Attributes:  - Interpersonal Skills  - Self-Motivated and Self Directed  - Ability to multi task  - Ability to Innovate and enhance procedures and methods to increase productivity & cost effectiveness   - Problem -solving   - In-depth knowledge and understanding of systems and processes  - Time Management   - Planning, Organizing, Motivating, Directing and Controlling   - Good Business acumen, contacts and etiquette  - People management skills   - Strong analytical & Problem Solving skills   - Should be achievement oriented.
