Represent company in necessary forums/associations  - Actively participate in engaging with Academic/Research institution to absorb or contribute towards relevant discipline  - Be a custodian of IP of company in terms of identifying relevant IP and get Patents/registrations etc.  - Develop technology talent to be fed into other streams of Development lifecycle  - Organized and managed the R&D effort across the organization to participate in the definition of the Struxure Ware Software portfolio.  - Responsible for the Program Management for the unification and standardization of software practice in organization.  - Successfully coordinated with external vendors and partners to create an ecosystem to maximize efficiency of platform development and adoption.  - Responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of a companywide enterprise platform for remote monitoring.  - Actively contributed to the architecture evolution of an enterprise level platform keeping in mind the current customer requirements by engaging in balanced discussions with architects and global market analysts.  - Instrumental in driving adoption of the platform by actively interacting with internal and external customers to formulate requirements and go-to market plans for remote monitoring solutions specific to company products.
