Tech Civil Engineering ONLY Experience : 15 - 20 years of infra projects (Residential Buildings, High Rise Apartments &amp; Villas) / Commercial Towers (IT &amp; Retail) / Data Centres/ Warehouse / Industrial civil works) Age : Below 45 years Salary (CTC) : Around Rs. 25 Lakhs per annum Location: Hyderabad JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - The projects to be handled include Buildings &amp; Towers for Residential &amp; commercial and civil works at industry location for Sugar plants &amp; Seeds processing plants - Responsible for Conceptualization &amp; Preliminary design plan preparation along with budgetary estimates - Responsible for approval of projects from Govt. / Statutory agencies - Appointment consultants for Architecture/ Project management - Review and finalisation of the drawings and approved costs for project &amp; Interior works - Support project execution team for finalizing the construction/interior contractors - Preparation of projects management schedule and monitor progress &amp; costs - Responsible for quality control of projects and finishing works - Monitor overall cost control of the project - Process &amp; ratify deviations from drawings - Monitor the project progress by organizing the project review meetings with all stake holders periodically and highlight the gaps for timely remediation - Preparation of project completion report - Associating for modification/upgradation of the existing infrastructure facilities - Job involves travel to all the project location sites frequently.
