DGM/GM - Planning - O&G/Petrochemical/Refinery

- Need Candidate with good Knowledge in Planning Scheduling Monitoring in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Refinery sector.

- Planning, scheduling, MS Project/ Primavera, Planning of assigned projects, Fixing of Base Line (project structure) for the projects.

- Implementing the baseline plan at site with the help of Project Manager & site team. Progress monitoring of project with respect to base line.

- Identifying the bottlenecks of the project w.r.t. difficulties at site, information required for site from different departments like design, purchase, estimation, billing etc. and raising alarm for the same to

- Management and team to avoid delays.

- Coordinating & attaining weekly site meetings.

- Analyzing the progress of project with respect to base line, highlighting major problems in project to site & management both, and most importantly conveying the seriousness of problem to management in terms of time & cost, at the same time assisting management for right solution at right time and conveying same to site for implementation.
