About our Client

Our client is the unique and only Manufacturing Company of LPG Cylinder in East Africa has a gigantic development plan to setup 10 Million LPG Cylinder Per Annum hub in Kenya & its very efficient Marketing & Distribution team within complete East African Countries, Inviting Highly Energetic Manufacturing & Business Management Professionals to join for long term career in EAST AFRICA.

Presently our client has in-house Manufacturing capacity of 6000 Cylinder Per day and its subsidiary has strength of 500,000 Cylinder within Market for refilling and distribution and planning to enrich its team to strengthen its existing business and move for the gigantic development of 10 Million Cylinder Per Annum Plant capacity within a year time.

POSITION: DGM / GM - Operations (LPG Cylinder Manufacturing)

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Educational Qualification: Graduate Mechanical Engineer (Only B.Tech / Equiv.)

Desired Profile & KRA:

A Self driven, Highly Energetic, focused, Committed, Techno-Commercial Minded with Excellent Leadership & Business development acumen Role exposure Graduate Mechanical Engineer (Only B.Tech / Equiv.) with more than 20 Years of diversified experience in Manufacturing, Maintenance & Project Development are the desired candidate for this position.

General Manager will be the SBU Head with full PL responsibility & well versed to manage set target of production in multilingual multi cultural atmosphere. Should be capable to generate motivational and educative atmosphere within team and get the desired work done. Should be capable to manage large and scattered team. Person should be versed in delegating, Directing and coordinating activities of businesses or departments concerned with the HR, Admin, Procurement, Production, Business Development, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.

- Salary Package. Gross pay etc shall be at par with Kenyan Salary standard.
