Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Quality Care

- Responsible for patient delight

- Ensuring the Management, Functioning and Operations of the Hospital in profitable and professional manner in alignment to the Management guidelines.

- Ensure optimum operational efficiency of centers by coordinating with various functional leaders to achieve target.

- Operational issues pertaining to center in line with organizational objectives.

- Ensures adherence to quality standards in the center operations.

- Implementation of Clinical and administrative protocols & procedures

- Provide prompt, courteous, efficient and personalized service to all stakeholders.

- Ensuring that all clinical as well as non-clinical processes and protocols are adhered to

- Experience Required: 10+ years

- Qualification: MBA in Hospital Management

- Remuneration: Best in the industry

- Location: Lucknow, U.P.

- Should have knowledge about P&L ,Hospital Management/Operations & Marketing strategies also.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Good in Hospital Operations

- Good in looking over entire operations like IPD, OPD, Facilities, Housekeeping, Billing etc.

- Good in looking over entire Non-Clinical operations.

- Team Management

- Good communication skill
