DGM/GM - Mechanical Head - Port

The opportunity is with one of our reputed clients in Port (MHS).

KRA;

- The role will involve Design, Planning till Award of the Project

- The position will focus on Design Optimization & Intervention

- Conceptualization and Finalization of MHS

- Selection of Equipment (Barge Loader, SUL, & SCR), Tender Evaluation.

- Oversee commissioning of new equipment's like Conveyor, Stacker cum reclaimer,etc

- Selection and finalization of Structural Contractor.

- Coordination with suppliers/vendors & Consultants.

- Interface between Mechanical, Civil & Electrical

Major responsibilities;

- Planning efficient & high quality system as per Business Plan within Time and Budget.

- Design Optimization

- Ensure safe working condition at Port

- 100% Statutory Compliances, Codes,

- Cost Optimisation

3. Skills required;

Education: BE Mechanical

Experience - 20 + Years

Design and Planning Acumen.

Knowledge about latest Power saving methods/ systems .

Adept knowledge in Ports and Port related instruments.
