DGM/ GM -Marketing -Bengaluru- for a leading FMCG(food) brand
This is a full-time on-site role based out of Bengaluru for a DGM (Marketing) with a leading FMCG (food) brand in South India located in Bengaluru. The individual will be responsible developing Marketing Strategies, Plans, Managing budgets and Setting up goal for Marketing Teams.
Key Roles:
- Devise, Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies for the brand growth
- Plan, Prepare and manage Marketing Budgets.
- Design Branding, Positioning and Pricing strategies.
- Conceptualize and execute on multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives.
- Head Brand management & Marketing Communication .
- Set, Monitor and report on Marketing Team Goals.
- Manage Trade Marketing, ATL, BTL and Sales Promotions.
- Oversee Digital Marketing and Social Media Campaigns.
- Analyze Market Trends, Marketing Research and Consumer Insights.
- Plan New Products & Product Innovation Strategies.
- New Product Identification, Commercialization, Development & Launching.
- Co-Ordination with ,Production, R&D, Sales and other Departments.
- Responsible for achieving Overall Marketing & Branding goals .
