1).DGM/GM Manager-Qualification-CA

2) Sr Manager- ICWA/CA/MBA/M.COM

3) Manager Finance & Accounts- ICWA/CA/MBA/M.COM

Recommended Skills : Companies Act, Direct and Indirect Tax, Accounting Standards and knowledge in SAP required

Main Job Description:

1) Review of Financials:

Review of consolidated financials of Group

Review of stand alone financials of group

Implementing accounting policies, systems, internal controls

Related party transactions monitoring and reporting

Internal Audit and Controls, Statutory Audits

Knowledge on Companies act and ROC matters

Organising Board Meetings, AGM/EGM etc

Preparation of Minutes of Meeting for Board and AGM meetings

Secretarial Compliances

Good knowledge in Accounting Standards and implementing Ind AS.

2) Statutory Compliance:

Income Tax, Excise, Service Tax, VAT Compliance matters

Getting the expert opinion's from consultants and implement

GST preparations and implementations

Statutory Compliance in all areas

Manage Statutory, Internal Tax Audits

Closing all statutory assessments

All refund claims and follow up. ( Service Tax, VAT, MEIS)

3) Banking -Working knowledge:

CMA data preparation/ review

Application for Term Loan

Negotiation with Bank for WC &TL

Execution of Loan Documentation

Forward Cover Booking and monitoring

Review of pending FIRCS, Bill of Entry etc

Review of FFR I & II and Periodic statements to Banks

Obtaining cheaper finance for the group.

Interaction with Bank

4) Other Areas:

Review of Receivables and ensuring on time collections

Review of Payable and ensuring on time payments to vendors

Review of inventories and reporting of non moving stocks

Cost control and cost savings

Obtaining Asset, Property, credit and product liability Insurances

Authorising Salary payments

Fixed Assets Management

Managing New Projects

Project reports for new projects

Managing external auditors, consultants, financial institutions etc

Team management, review, rate and Training

Implementation of Continues improvement projects(CIPs)

Six 'S' Implementation

Arranging for Tagging/Tracking of Documents

Managing ERP systems _ SAP
