DGM/GM - Liasoning - Real Estate

Industry experience and Qualification

- Candidate must be from Real Estate (Developers) and preferably from Pune.

- Education qualification: B,E.Civil/ B.Arch (preferably)

- Years & Nature of Experience: 8 - 14 years of post-qualification experience with at least 10 years' experience in liasoning.

Key Roles & Responsibilites

- To coordinate between Design Architect, Municipal Architects & In-house Architects for the smooth functioning of the work.

- To meet higher authorities in Municipal Corporation, Collector, Regional Development Authority, City Survey office, PCMC, Pune Municipal Corporation etc for obtaining required approvals.

- To ensure all the required approvals are obtained in time limit so that construction work/sales work doesn't affect.

- To liaison with various Government department in PCMC and Pune Municipal Corporation and PMRDA.

- Coordination for EC approval and consent to establish, consent to operate from MPCB (Maharashtra Pollution Control Board)

- To Liason with urban development of Maharashtra.

- To work with Projects Head on preparation of Liasoning budget the year.

Knowledge & Skills

- Sound Knowledge of Govt. Rules, Laws and Regulations

- Excellent Liasioning Skills

- Sound Knowledge of relevant DCR

- Well versed with various government circulars

- Language proficiency - Marathi
