Company is looking for candidates from and for Mumbai location with 8-10 years of experience into handling Legal and Compliance in India and Globally, Drafting, Vetting of Contracts, Legal administration, Litigation.
Involvement in JVs, Commercial with team handling experience of min 3 reportees.

Qualification:- LLB + any additional qualification preferable.

- MS Office

- Candidate will report to companies Head legal Counselor.

- Exposure in legal and compliance, drafting, vetting of contracts, handling litigation, leagl administration.

- Reporting to Head Legal you will be responsible for Contracts Negotiations, Documentation / Drafting, Compliance, FCPA, Regulatory Affairs; Advisory Services; Litigation ,Liaising with government and semi-government bodies. Contract Management, Compliances, Regulatory Affairs, Litigation, Corporate Law, Environment laws, Law of Contract, Arbitration, Intellectual Property Rights, etc.
