Job Description :
- Define and implement group level L&D processes such as development planning, analytics, measurement of effectiveness, capability building for L&D teams
- Define the L&D architecture for the group, identify and develop group level learning interventions.
Leverage technology for L&D :
- Define ways in which the group can leverage technology
Induction :
- Define group level induction process
- Design and delivery of learning interventions
Candidate Profile :
The candidate should have :
- Strong conceptual understanding of L&D processes
- Experience of leading technology led initiatives for L&D - such as configuration and roll out of LMS, design and deployment of e-learning modules and leveraging social media for learning
- Strong background in design and delivery of learning interventions targeted at behavioral domains
- Ability to understand business context and devise learning agenda that impacts the business priorities
- Operational and conceptual understanding of L&D processes - including needs identification, program design, evaluation, budget and data management
- Good conceptual abilities in the capability development area - ability to research and synthesize ideas and communicate them in effective manner
- The candidate should be an MBA in Human Resources with 7-10 years of experience.
