Purpose of the Job:
To conceive, design and execute learning and development initiatives to enhance the capabilities of the workforce and build a strong talent pipeline.
Key Deliverables
1. Designing, Implementing and driving Instructor Led programs across various functions and geographies, pan India. These programs shall cover all ILTs under the categories:
- Behavioural Capability
- Functional Capability
- Flagship Programs
2. Functional partnering:
- Working closely with the function HR partners to identify the learning needs;
- Design & roll-out of the interventions to address the identified needs;
- Seeking inputs & incorporating the same continuously in the learning interventions.
3. Learning Analytics
- Measure key indicators of Learning performance
- Understand and improve the effectiveness of Learning Programs.
- Inform Learning decisions and strategy
4. Learning Branding
- Design and run learning branding programs through learner segmentation, communication and activation
