We are hiring for DGM/GM - IT operations & Infrastructure for mumbai location

Experience : 15-20 Years

Qualifications : Bachelors /master's in computer science/IT or equivalent

Preferred Industry : QSR, Retail

Role & responsibilities :

- Oversee the daily operations of the IT Operations department to ensure the functionality, availability, and security of IT systems, data, backups, and communications; troubleshoot and remedies.

- IT Operation will be part of a 24/7 IT support operations team and will be directly responsible for ensuring support related processes.

- The job also involves leading communication between technical teams, customer and internal organization to fulfil customer needs and accomplish customer satisfaction.

- Manage the day to day operations of the IT related issues including downtime, reporting service Provide technical leadership to End to End infrastructure.

- In-depth knowledge of Server administration including AD, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, FTP, Proxy, Webserver

- To plan, organize, and control day-to-day IT resource activities, collaborate with all important stake holders

- Responsible to help Security planning team and Security Operations team for evaluation of Tools and deployment of required features in Organization Security domain.

- In-depth knowledge of LAN/ WAN topology, protocols, VLANs, QoS, VPNs, TCP/IP Ethernet frames

- Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.

- Reduction of IT delivery cycle times across all spheres including Projects and Maintenance

- Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure

- Project Management IT Governance Vendor Management ITIL Methodology including IT Service Delivery IT Service Management.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 15- 20 years of experience working in IT operations & Infrastructure

- Should have experience of handling large teams

- Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies

- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, network and systems administration, and data storage systems, and phone systems, Design and development

- Security Management by server hardening, Patch Management, Vulnerability fixing.

- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.

- Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
